oltage transformers, achieving capacities of up to 600 MVA and voltages up to 550 kV. This accomplishment was made possible through a technology transfer agreement with the PJSC V.I.T. Institute in Ukraine, renowned for its expertise in large transformers.
The project involved a structural transformation of the company, including the construction of a pressurized facility with exclusive environmental control for winding and assembling the power cores, along with an autonomous production line and a specialized testing laboratory. Additionally, a High Power division was established to train the technical team in design and manufacturing, consolidating our position as industry leaders.
The first transformer was successfully tested in 2016 and currently ensures the quality of the electrical supply at key transformer stations such as Luján (San Luis) and Formosa.
